VILLAGE OF HONEOYE FALLS  

NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Honeoye Falls proposes to appropriate the sum, up to $9000.00 from the Real Property Capital Reserve Fund for the purpose of replacing windows at the Honeoye Falls Fire Department. The total cost of the repair will not exceed nine thousand dollars, ( 9,000.00).

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on October 16, 2017@ 8:00 pm to hear all persons interested in the matter.  The specific details can be obtained at the Village Office during regular business hours.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls a local law #4 to override the tax levy limit of 2% established in General Municipal Law §3-c when establishing the tax levy for the 2018/2019 Village tax levy.

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the local law at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 8:15PM on October 16, 2017, at which time all persons interested will be heard.  Copies of the proposed local law can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold public hearings on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 7:30 PM in the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, NY to act on each of the following matters:

Applicant:  George Zion is requesting Site Plan Approval for property located at 21 Brigham Circle to construct a rear addition.

Applicant:  Adam Keller is requesting Site Plan Approval for property located at 81 Ontario Street to construct a deck.

Applicant:  Fran and Jane McGory is requesting Site Plan Approval for property located at 65 Peer Street to construct an addition.

Applicant:  NOTMI Corp. is requesting Site Plan Approval for property located on Norton Street to construct mini storage buildings.

Applicant:  Steve D’Anna is requesting a Change of Use for property located at 12 North Main Street.

The applications and supporting documents can be reviewed at the Village office between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, Mon. thru Fri. All persons interested in said applications may appear and be heard by the Board at the public hearings.
