Applicant: Mathstone Corp. is requesting Site Plan Approval for property located at 14 Norton Street to construct a new building.

Applicant:  NOTMI Corp. is requesting Site Plan Approval for property located on Norton Street to construct mini storage buildings.

Application by A6 Property Holdings, LLC concerning the property located at 12 North Main Street.  The applicant is requesting a special use permit to allow for apartments on the second floor above commercial space.

Application by NOTMI Corp. concerning property located at Norton and High Streets. The applicant is requesting a special exception use pursuant to Village Code 190-39-L to permit a mini storage facility in a TV Zoning District.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls, on October 16, 2017, a local law which is proposed to delete and repeal Chapter 42 of the Village Code entitled Procurement Policy.

Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the local law at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:45 PM on November 20,2017, at which time all persons interested will be heard.  Copies of the proposed local law can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office.

PUBLIC NOTICE

VILLAGE OF HONEOYE FALLS  

NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Honeoye Falls proposes to appropriate the sum, up to $9000.00 from the Real Property Capital Reserve Fund for the purpose of replacing windows at the Honeoye Falls Fire Department. The total cost of the repair will not exceed nine thousand dollars, ( 9,000.00).

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on October 16, 2017@ 8:00 pm to hear all persons interested in the matter.  The specific details can be obtained at the Village Office during regular business hours.
