Notice of Collection of Taxes
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT I, the undersigned Clerk Treasurer of the Village of Honeoye Falls, New York have received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the fiscal year, 2013 – 2014. I will attend at the Village Office, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York from June 1, 2013 to July 1, 2013, inclusive during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving such taxes during which period taxes may be paid to me without additional charge.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT on all such taxes remaining unpaid after July 1, 2013 interest of five percent will be added for the month of July and an additional percentage will be added for each month and fraction thereof thereafter until paid.

Notice of Public Hearing for
Local Law No. 1 of 2013
Sewer Rents
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls, on April 15, 2013, a local law which is proposed to increase the sewer rents as follows: For sewer units determined by water consumption: $80 per quarter, per unit and for sewer units determined by occupancy: $320 per year, per unit.
Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the local law at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, NY at 7:30 PM on May 20, 2013, at which time all persons interested will be heard. Copies of the proposed local law can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office at 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472.

Local Law No. 2 of 2013
Sewer Connection Fee
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls, on April 15, 2013, a local law which is proposed to increase the sewer connection fee as follows: Per unit sewer hook-up is increased from $1,000 to $1,500.
Therefore, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the local law at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, NY at 7:30 PM on May 20, 2013, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
