NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

LOCAL LAW NO. 3 of 2008

SEWER RENTS ESTABLISHED

Public Notice is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls, on April 21, 2008, entitled Sewer Rental, amending chapter 140-19, Rents Established, Chapter 140, Sewers, of the Village of Honeoye Falls Code, to state that sewer rent for sewer units determined by water consumption shall be $76 per quarter, per unit and sewer units determined by occupancy shall be $305 per year, per unit. 

Therefore, pursuant to statue, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the Local Law at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:30 p.m. on May 19, 2008 at which time all persons interested will be heard.  Copies of the proposed Local Law can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office.

EXPENDITURE FROM

HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT RESERVE FUND

PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is here by given that the Board of Trustees established a Highway Equipment Replacement Reserve Fund.  Further notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees proposes the expenditure of $59,600 from said fund for a 2008 International Stake Body Truck. 

Further notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on the expenditure from the Highway Equipment Replacement Reserve Fund for the 2008 International Stake Body  Truck at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:40 p.m. on May 19, 2008 at which time all persons interested will be heard.

Further notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on the expenditure from the Highway Equipment Replacement Reserve Fund for the S185 High Flow Bobcat at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 7:35 p.m. on May 19, 2008 at which time all persons interested will be heard.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 2, 2008 at 7:30 PM in the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, NY to review the following application:

Applicant: John and Barbara Dick are requesting  site plan approval for 40x60 equipment barn on their property at 152 Cheese Factory Rd., bearing Tax Account No. 222.13-1-3.1.
